("MMM"), including the website midlifemusclemass.com, any digital products, and the Skool
community membership. By using any part of our service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who We Are
MidLife Muscle Mastery is a digital fitness brand operated by Archie, based in Austin, TX. We
provide online fitness programs, educational content, and community access for men over 40.
2. The Service
MMM offers the following:
— A free lead magnet (2-Day Muscle Blueprint PDF) available via email opt-in at
midlifemusclemass.com
— A paid Skool community membership at $35 per year, providing access to fitness programs,
educational content, and community features
— Additional free content distributed via social media platforms
All digital content is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or
share paid program content without written permission.
3. Membership & Payment
Membership to the MidLife Muscle Mastery Skool community is $35 per year. All payments are
processed securely through Skool's payment system. MMM does not collect or store your payment
information directly.
Your membership renews annually unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your
Skool account settings. No refunds are issued for partial membership periods unless required by
applicable law.
4. Fitness Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Please read this carefully.
The content provided by MidLife Muscle Mastery — including workout programs, nutritional
guidance, and all other materials — is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not
intended as medical advice and should not be treated as such.
Before beginning any new fitness or nutrition program you should consult with a qualified
healthcare professional, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or
health concerns. By using MMM content you acknowledge that physical exercise involves risk and
you assume full responsibility for your participation.
MMM is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the programs or
content provided.
5. Intellectual Property
All content created by MidLife Muscle Mastery — including but not limited to workout programs,
PDFs, videos, written content, the BRO 5044 character, and branding — is the intellectual
property of MMM. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any
MMM content without express written permission.
6. User Conduct
By joining the MMM community you agree to:
— Treat other members with respect
— Not spam, harass, or post inappropriate content
— Not share paid membership content outside the community
— Not use the platform for commercial promotion without permission
MMM reserves the right to remove any member who violates these standards without refund.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
MMM services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific
fitness results. Individual results will vary based on effort, consistency, genetics, and other factors
outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MidLife Muscle Mastery shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall
not exceed the amount you paid for membership in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do we will update the effective date at
the top of this document. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the
updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the
courts of Travis County, Texas.
